Okay this feels like a different response than disgust toward games generally! I made a kind of comparable rule for myself where I don't play games with no story and only a loop. So like Overwatch, Dota 2, etc.

i would consider trying to deconstruct that with a professional tbh you can obviously “move on” from gaming, it’s not a sin, but doing so out of a feeling of “productive obligation” is not healthy and usually an insidious capitalist poison
