Here’s the reality of moderate MECFS, an hour and a half of my parents visiting yesterday, plus me doing half an hour of bulb planting resulted in me sleeping for 11 hours and feeling like death today. And that’s just moderate, if I was severe, I wouldn’t be able to do either of those.

Long Covid brain fog is no joke. The symptoms are similar to a bad concussion or a stroke. It’s three years since I read a whole book - I now do all my reading via audiobook - and reading has been central to my life since I first learned how so the loss for me is enormous.
