Postu gösterEveryone has the right to move freely without being surveilled. Last Tuesday, PANA, represented by ACLUF-SDIC, filed a complaint against the City of San Diego and the San Diego Police Department in response to the city’s unconstitutional automated license plate reader (ALPR) system.

Postu gösterLast Thursday, the Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 decision in Mullin v. Doe and Trump v. Miot to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 350,000 Syrian and Haitian people. All San Diego and Imperial Valley residents should have the right to live safe and happy lives without fear.
Postu gösterI'm so thankful to Becky and her mom for their trust, generosity, and strength in front of the Supreme Court. No matter what the Court says, Becky is a hero for standing up for herself and trans girls like her. Doing what's right, even when the odds are against you, is the definition of courage.
