    Remember... Prop 40 is a ONE-TIME retroactive tax. It applies ONLY to billionaires and would tax just 5% of their wealth — which grew 30% in 2025. California's billionaires would still be worth $2T+ AFTER the tax. The revenue will fund healthcare for millions of Californians. Vote YES.

    Republicans claiming it should be illegal to put someone on the ballot in Alaska just because of their name also put Darline Graham on the ballot in South Carolina just because of her name.
