LibreOffice is an excellent suite. I run it both on Windows 11 and on my Ubuntu Linux laptop. Thunderbird for Linux had a few issues with MS Exchange Server, but they have also been ironed out. I’ve never tried Polaris, so can’t offer an opinion.
Postu gösterYes i use libreoffice for my daily personal office software needs, and use the 365 suite on my employer's devices. For most basic stuff i find libre a similar or better experience. Unfortunately, excel is still the best spreadsheet software i've found. Libre calc is...ok.
Postu gösterFor those in the Church of England: To find out who's standing in this year's #Synod elections who is committed to equality in our Church (not just limited to equal marriage) do check out the Inclusive Synod candidates here and share with friends and colleagues togethercofe.org.uk/elections/
Postu gösterHave just had to send one of my retired priests this message: Bob, Odin needs to confess something to you. He thought your Grove booklet looked so tempting that he should see what the cover tasted like - thankfully I caught him before he got to the inside!!!
Postu gösterAnd the new academic year begins!
