Please consider that you are spending your time arguing with people who are saying - justifiably - that you are not an ally, and rather than take that and think about why that was being said, you chose to argue. I understand that you think yourself an ally, but that's a position held in ignorance.

(The incredible thing is that actual allyship is not that hard! But a big part of it is listening and that can contradict some people's need to think that their opinion is always useful and relevant.)

You are in fact lecturing when you ask trans people which transphobe they'd prefer, as though we don't understand basic concepts of civics. I'll say it again: It is not your place to be engaging in debate or persuasion with trans people on this issue. Listen or leave.
