Looped Transformers perform much worse than standard models when looping only once. So NVIDIA fixes this with Elastic Latent Recurrence, which uses gated state updates and trains with different loop counts simultaneously, so no need to sacrifice one-loop performance. alphaxiv.org/abs/2610.12582

I am in threat intel nerd paradise. This week was *perfect* for my first week with Unit 221B. A quiet week would've let me ease in, but THIS week showed me the incredible skills and resilience of our team and of our unique positioning amidst multiple, overlapping, industry-wide incidents.
