Compiling this data isn’t easy especially since much of it is blocked. But, I’ve got some of the historical data plotted on this graph for 2007, 2008, 2009. You can see how the Great Recession was a sharp crisis, which is what made it noticeable.
Postu gösterI was asked this before, so I want to include this early. Was 2009 especially bad? Yes. In fact, Russian Railways loading never fully recovered from the Great Recession. You’ll see the difference later on when we get into the data tables.
