Postu gösterWhen we eat spicy, it's usually very spicy. I've discovered there are widely varying levels of tolerance for spicy food across the US. Even within a state. And it's funny, because some people love hot wasabi & can't tolerate heat from chili's, and vice versa. I love both.
Postu gösterOne reason I love to travel is experiencing the difference flavors. On the Michigan peninsula, pasties are really big. They even have pasty drive-thru restaurants. In the PA Amish country, dill seems to be a favored herb. Mexican food varies A LOT. It's great to experience!
