OpenAI's $11bn raise is a very, very bad sign, especially given that A) $11bn won't cover a quarter's compute costs and B) a $1.25tn private valuation is overinflated in the face of Anthropic's potential $1.5tn IPO. It's unclear what OpenAI does next. www.wheresyoured.at/running-dry
