    Since Fernandes hasn't been in the team as much it's natural for people to think 'oh, that one player was the difference,' 'oh that player elevated the others,' but I think the real story is you had *all 3* together making Chelsea chase shadows. We haven't had that in a while.

    Tactically, though, I think what made the big difference v Chelsea was having all three midfielders capable of doing a range of things on and off the ball in possession; three technically proficient midfielders. I've been saying this for ages: you need everyone to have that technical baseline.
