Postu gösterNo. They are denying schools access to Google School. This is about the chatbot in Google's software products and has nothing to do about the functionality of search. They are using access to Google search as blackmail to force schools to use the chatbot.

Postu gösterI have been using DuckDuckGo for several years now and was dismayed when AI came in ...did not know I could turn it off. Have just done so. Thankful to have this option. Have been bypassing the AI and head directly to the web sites in question and now all this will be much less irritating. THANKS
Postu gösterOne of the first things the browser app does on setup is to ask if you want to use AI + Search or just Search. At least they let you choose the experience you want in a straightforward fashion.
