  Given the circumstances I believe Kellogg is not the worst option for Ukraine. To be more specific I believe that he further underscores the US focus on competition with China. This leaves enough room for diplomacy to work. It is better than some hard-core isolationist.

  And I will also reiterate my message to Georgians. You are past the point of working system. There is no International community, no one is coming to help you. It is your fight to fight, and the chances of winning it are slim. But not fighting it now will cost you more and more in the future.

  When the election results were announced, I said on Xitter that it was the last chance for Georgians to get back democracy peacefully. It will only go downhill from here and to turn the tide will require more and more blood, sacrifice and suffering. My heart bleeds for Sakartvelo. #GeorgiaIsEU
