  One of my biggest fears about the midterms is that ICE could flood the polls with agents who perform Kavanaugh Stops on every non-white person before they get a chance to cast a ballot, then detain them until voting is over.   He can say whatever he wants and issue whatever executive order he wants, but he has no legitimate power to actually do anything like this. Panicked posts like this one give the impression that he can make good on his threats. He can't.
