Tbh I’m still not 100% sure what he means by this comment. I interpret it as effectively “we need better attacking players to score more goals”. But he could also mean “in moments we need our players to demonstrate more effectiveness”. I think he might use the same phrase for both instances 🤷🏼♂️
Postu gösterHow much will we rue the poor draws against Sunderland, Palace and Man U? I can’t cope with Farke blaming a lack of “individual quality” again. This is his problem to sort. He’s a flawed manager. #lufc
Postu gösterHe’s done a good job to get us to where we are. I still think the biggest success of his was stabilising us the summer we got relegated. But he is very risk averse. And he has developed very few of our young players (if any at all). Plus I’ve heard rumours over his stubbornness in transfers in.
Postu gösterNot on here. I’m not a Farke hater. And I don’t want him out. But he has major limitations and I worry he’s not the man to take us forward. We need a coach who will develop players as we go through a Brentford/Brighton phase of building sustainably. Farke is too risk averse.
Postu gösterI take your point , and certainly no need to hit the panic button, but I think I will suspend judgement until we have played Spurs, Chelsea and Coventry . If we come out of that with, say, 0-2 points (entirely possible) based on leaking the odd goal and scoring next to none we are in trouble #lufc
