    I just want people to know what is happening because I was shocked. Again, I wasn’t told it was as an AI automated call trying to schedule me. The AI was posing as a human who had spoken to my doctor and was asking for my insurance policy. Seems pretty likely to lead to mass fraud!

    Oh great, love that they're just letting a third party go and try to get your insurance info from you undisclosed. Seems safe and great.

    Vivian did not disclose she was an AI agent. Called me and said “we have your insurance as Blue Cross?” I said that’s wrong. She then asked for my insurance info. I said it’s already in your system, I was just at your facility. She said “oh I can’t access that, let me transfer you to the front desk”
