Postu gösterI don’t believe stories have a moral duty to punish characters that have done bad things, but in this case, the way the ‘good’ guys (who were complicit) got off relatively easy seemed antithetical to the message it was trying to send
Postu gösteralso brotherhood messed up the war crimes flashback section of the manga, a part I genuinely found moving and upsetting (especially with Armstrong and kimbley) but maybe that’s fitting given how the ending sidesteps punishing anyone complicit
