    This is a very interesting thread indeed. 🧵 I believe even people who aren't neurodiverse might also get some sort of a "reset" from the things you mention – maybe it's a deep-seated human need...

    6 It's all unspoken but direct communication, it is authentic and it doesn't pretend to be something it isn't. And all of this adds up to a feeling of relief that me, Sadie and others like us call a mental health reset, and we need it. It isn't just something we do for fun, it's part of who we are.

    5 of 5... Actually, 5 of 6 or 7 🤣 The moisture in the air, that changes as you walk through different sections of the woodland, is something that you can feel from head to foot. You can tell what time of day it is just by how it feels.
