how it feels to have a thought and let it pass
Postu gösterlucky u, regardless of what they do, you can literally grant yourself that basic sensation right now via a blanket and a cup of tea lol. It’s not a cure all for hard feelings but it is key to regulating through them. You can give yourself the feelings you’ve been seeking outside of you.
Postu göstervaluable skill I learned in my 20’s: if u feel despair at a lack of closure/clarity/validation/recognition/acceptance from someone- I.e. when u cant control how the world responds to u- ask urself what sort of sensation it really is that u seek from that response then find a way to give it to urself
