Weeks before Election Day, DOJ tried to force CA to set aside the ballots of 20,000 voters We & @campaignlegal.org @lulacorg.bsky.social @NAACP @SEIU @mifamiliavota.bsky.social intervened the next day We won in district court & won twice at the Ninth Circuit, & SCOTUS turned DOJ away (9/x)

Voters understood this & made their opinions known at the ballot box We built the infrastructure to counter their anti-voter moves b/c of Trump’s track record We are glad most of it didn’t come to pass on Election Day but it is disinformation for WSJ Ed Board to call these “fantasies”
