    This is why, if anything, I feel that his issue has been the opposite of selfishness. Stolas spent basically his whole life prioritizing everyone else’s happiness and well-being (and for individuals like Paimon and Stella it was never enough) while neglecting his own.

    Ohh my god THANK YOU! This, and the "living in fantasy" thing. You mean spending 17+ years in an arranged abusive marriage as a closeted gay man SO dedicated to reality & societal obligations he neglected his own needs & gave up everything to save Blitzø? God forbid he FINALLY indulge a lil 😭
