    I had someone tell me, straight faced, that you couldn't implement 4 because "then no one would want to be management" and I kinda feel like that's exactly the problem? People who would only take a job if they're not held responsible for the outcome don't sound like the ideal six-figure bosses to me

    I think "you can have six figures *or* you can be unaccountable" is an extremely fair proposition to put forward. (Before shouting "HA!" and pulling the unaccountable thing out of the contract...)

    So they may or may not use AI to write their essay. Then you grade it with AI? Do I have that right? JFC just say you don't wanna teach. Signed, a prof who hates grading and does it anyway because it is her job.
