    Finally there are real worries about the sort of rejoin deal we might be offered. More back a rejoin vote than don't but more also worry the UK would be offered unfavourable conditions to punish us, including a lot of remain voters.

    The ECJ continues to split right and left leaning segments. While significantly more 41%-28% say that they would accept ECJ can overrule UK laws, more socially conservative segments have majorities saying it would be unacceptable.

    Meanwhile while majorities want a better relationship on ease of travel, trade and security issues and a big plurality on freedom to live and work in other countries, there is more of a split still on alignment with EU laws and regulations.

    And the calculus changes slightly on giving up powers in a list and question adapted from Richard Johnson we asked what powers people would it would be worth limiting for a closer relationship with the EU. In many areas a majority didn't want to give up UK powers.

    That said a plurality of Britons continue to believe not that Brexit was doomed from the start but that it could have have worked but that politicians have handled it badly.
