    November 6 1998, F-Zero X debuted on the N64 in PAL territories! There are different death screams used for male/female drivers, with Baba having the latter. In the F-Zero anime and GX that followed, Baba has additional effeminate qualities added to his lore as characters were more fleshed out!

    All that to say that I think I'm very lucky in the opportunities I've had, and I'll credit myself with being persistent enough to stay around and learn from those opportunities, but there are quite a few indie developers more skilled/talented than I am. I've just had a lot of time to learn.

    Also I'm very much a jack of all trades master of none when it comes to game development so I'm always surrounded by friends/peers/competitors(?) who can do whatever they're best at better than I can do it.

    I'm going to finish and release the Iron Lung behind the scenes stuff first before I do anything with this (since I promised it), but I've been working on a weird little Pico-8 game that I'll probably release in a similarly weird (free) way.
