    Musk will most likely skate on anything, but the play here is the political theatre - making him take the 5th like Fauci 100 times in a row. Make him take the 5th on Epstein questions. make Trump pardon him, make Vance defend the action, and so on. Sadly Dems probably don't have the stones.

    I'm afraid you're right. Musk goes down only when markets realize that the SpaceX story told in its S-1 is a complete and total fantasy. Starship won't get to the moon. Grok is garbage. No orbital data centers. Short term data center leases get terminated. Starlink can't compete with Verizon.
