    25% meines Jahrgangs haben ein Abitur und 20% haben studiert. Das war der erste Jahrgang in dem mehr Mädchen Abitur gemacht haben als Jungen. Das ist bisher so geblieben. Von den Hochschulabsolvent*innen waren dann hinterher aber 61% männlich.

    My point is that they would have supported SA and the others if it had been needed. In the US it will be ICE and other government orgs doing the rounding up, but like in Germany the army will be standing idling nearby if needed.

    The Wehrmacht wasn't used against civilians between 1932 and the war. They used SA/SS/Gestapo for that. We heard about the purges, but I have more trust in the US rank and file. They won't support an overt putsch; you have to pack the *very competently* into a danger to the Constitution.

    The situation is exactly like it was in the Wehrmacht General Staff after 1932. They will salute their Leader, and then open fire on the civilians. 3/3
