The ultimate reality of the GC movement is that the vast majority of what they want to happen is fundamentally unworkable. It's not possible to separate out trans people from society without society becoming a fascist state. That's why they're pivoting to fascism so enthusiastically.

This is what I don't understand about Amnesty backing down immediately in the face of JKR's threats. They must have decent legal representation, due to the work they do and they just caved without a fight. And now they can't be trusted.

The Feile were represented by a top tier lawyer _who was the Company Secretary on the Feile's board_ Basically they were well prepared with legal backup on hand unlike the usual target who are underfunded and panicked

And I think we’re seeing GCs realising this is not worth the grief trying to prove they’re being discriminated against. Especially as businesses are realising they can ‘third space’ them and be aligned with the EHRC guidelines. They thought their SC ‘win’ would dispatch trans people to these spaces.
