Just tuned in and heard @pfrazee.com mention that now when you change your <handle>.bsky.social to a custom domain handle it will reserve your old .bsky.social handle for you! This is one of those features that slipped through the cracks for way too long. Glad the team finally got to it! 🙏🙏🙏
Postu gösterSaid yet another way: atproto app interoperability will probably be based on schema-defined records (Lexicon) and not HTTP APIs using XRPC. The scope of XRPC can be reduced, and only used for low-level reading/writing of atproto records, such as in the API for the PDS. Apps can do their own thing.
