    🚨New paper! eConsent can promote cost-effectiveness & equity in research, but how does it compare to traditional consent w/r/t informedness? In this RCT, we tested the Sage Bionetworks eConsent developed by @megdoerr.bsky.social & @wilbanks.bsky.social, used by, eg NIH All of Us & Apple ResearchKit.

    OK I reposted this earlier (too early, the 6AM flight out of Knoxville is punishing) but to reiterate: using good UX to create informed consent interfaces is now shown to be at least non-inferior to traditional informed consent done in conversation. And maybe superior.
