Postu gösterFun fact, I kinda sorta art directed this one? The original was one of our spare Dungeons II concepts, a Sift-like cape. I held onto it for a while, gave additional feedback, and two more Minecraft artists worked on the cape and wings. I think I named it too, it’s been “aurora” for a while.
Postu gösterFor such a simple art asset, at least 6 people were involved in its design over time. Game development is often collaborative, transformative, and sometimes we pick concepts back up and dust them off to be used later.
