Postu gösterI read a post recently where a project manager was confused why she couldn't get new employees, so she went online and applied for the job she wanted to hire people for using her own resume. Her application was denied. Another area where we really need a return to paper and human interaction.
Postu gösterSaw a message yesterday that said a guy applied for a job & been rejected by AI HR. The job was re advertised. In the on line person spec, he noticed a punctuation mark showing at the end of the degree detail, so he amended his CV to show the additional punctuation mark. He got an interview.
Postu gösterNo one should use AI to interview job candidates, provide healthcare, write books, make art, etc. AI is a soulless mass of errors, a mistake, an assault on humanity.
