What's weird about this is that it's describing worst case complexity, so it isn't just that some boolean circuits have some structure to them, it's that they *all* do. What possible structure could there be in *all* boolean circuits? In common? How does that even make sense?

3. If you get symptoms, test, then isolate if positive. 4. Universal masking in health care settings when possible. 5. Air purifiers at parties and other crowded events. 6. Always get your annual shots. 7. Businesses have some mask only hours if it makes sense for the type of business.

Unreasonable ask: everyone masks all the time. Abstinence-only makes us less healthy. But what are some more reasonable asks? 1. No bothering people who are choosing to mask for whatever reason! 2. Mask in public if you or anyone in your household have the sniffles or other cold symptoms.
