    I have POTS from low blood volume. I do a lot on my own but it can only do so much. I now get weekly IV fluids... that plus Ivabradine has helped me be able to do more... still limited but grateful for marginal improvement.     Finding ways to do activities with at least my feet up... but even better reclined helps... Keeping my fluid & electrolyte levels up helps everything go better.
