    One thing with the Texas AG's office going blue is that the investigation of WPATH by Texas will end. We're going to see a lot of the targeting of trans healthcare stop and existing restrictions fall. The Dem AG could refuse to defend the GAC ban, bathroom ban, etc.

    A lot of the anti trans side's copium last night were the ballot provisions passing pushing Dems to abandon sports and they doesn't appear to be the case. Most Dems will continue to be staunch supporters of trans folks.

    It’ll be so funny if the North Carolina Appeals Court reverses the dismissal of Prisha Mosley’s lawsuit based on HB805 only for the new North Carolina legislature to repeal HB805 while the case is getting appealed to the North Carolina Supreme Court. #DeTransLaw

    Depending on final results, we could see repeals in New Hampshire and North Carolina and a expiration in Missouri. Texas' ban could fall to legal challenge that the Texas AG refuses to defend. We can turn back the tide.

    The Missouri gender affirming care ban in Missouri sunsets next year and it hasn't been extended yet. Dems picked up some seats in the Missouri senate and could filibuster the extension. We may see a gender affirming care ban expire next August.
