    Is it because you can't catch COVID etc in those places? Don't they have the same air as everywhere else? Make it make sense.

    I'm quite torn between, "OK, good start" and "Why wasn't it required on 3 Oct?" We've seen this coming for weeks now -- is there some penalty assessed if we react early and prevent all the nosocomial infections that occurred over the last month?
