    Second - I mentioned this on @volts.wtf's pod - the *concept* that there's extra grid capacity doesn't match this the *reality* that most data centres are clustering in regions already experiencing grid stress. IEA shows clustering is a problem! (also see: WATER!!) bsky.app/profile/volt...
