Postu gösterJudges have the powers to issue lifetime driving bans, yet in DbDD cases it’s less than 1% of those convicted. Legislation is clearly required and anyone found guilty of both DbCD and DbDD should face a lifetime driving ban as a mandatory part of their sentence.
