    Unless someone says “I’m looking for advice” DO NOT SPEAK. And even then - do you have familiarity with what they’re asking for? Personal experience? Expertise? Actual knowledge that’s not just Google and vibes? If the answer is no, continue to keep your fucking mouth shut.

    I’m so heated about this because ableds lecture disabled people about our illnesses and try to armchair treat us with such regularity that we actually have memes about it. It’s fucking enough already.
