Sabrina was named after Stolathida, the character from #ToErrIsDivine who loosely inspired her, since someone said they mentally replaced the difficult name with Sabrina every time it came up.

Felix from #TheDragonblood was named after a side character from one of my earlier stories, specifically the friend of Alexander, one of the early predecessors of Aimetor.

#AwesomeCharacters I don't know that I've specifically done that, but I have reused names of characters from abandoned earlier stories. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

I don't usually have names in mind unless I'm ready to start the book, but sometimes, I'll randomly hear a name and jot it down, because it's perfect. For someone. Someday.

I both love and hate naming characters! lol Sometimes, once you get to know them better, you realize a name you loved didn't fit. And giving a background character a great name usually leads to them not sticking to the background! 🙈 #AwesomeCharacters #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts
