Postu gösterMore so, I would argue that poor people would be helped more by faster commutes and targeted free fares. Everyone else would be helped by faster commutes and shorter waits. Not to mention other public services like education, healthcare, and even justice that need investments.
Postu gösterEven if Carney and Ford walked up to Mayor and said here is over a billion dollars annually for the TTC to go fare free, I would ask if I could use it for something different on the TTC like capital improvements (PSDs, ballastless track, new lines), service increases, and anything else to do more.
Postu gösterAll vehicles owned have been manual transmissions. Only one new vehicle in the batch. Frequently without a car in my adult life. Not looking forward to replacing my baby.
