"The Effect", Thailand, 2019 I was warned going in that this was a heavy series, and it definitely is. It tackles some very serious subjects, but in a good way, IMO. Now I understand why other watchers say they are haunted by it. The series teaches a good lesson. #TheEffect #ThaiDrama

Postu gösterKudos to the director and actors. With a special mention to the props team for one, particular placement. My favourite arc, though, was the relationship between the appropriately named Lily and Basil. Trust me, this film is worth watching.
Postu gösterSomething about this film really touched my heart. The acting was superb, especially during the conversation between Basil and Theo in Basil's bedroom; the awkwardness was so realistic. Even the comedic aspects, which would normally make me cringe, felt true to life.
