Postu gösterThis is so important - allowing individual uses of data to be tracked as citations will be so useful for demonstrating impact and reach of genome data. When you use data from Pathoplexus, create a SetSet & DOI for the sequences used and cite it in your paper.
Postu gösterI'm really excited about SeqSets reaching fruition. Sequencing pathogen genomes is impactful: this data enables us to design vaccines, to predict future evolution, and more. But at the moment, getting scientific credit mostly requires writing a paper, not just sequencing a genome. [1/n]
