I have a biological alarm clock that reminds me to take my antidepressants: At some point in the morning, usually about 2 hours after waking, I have the thought: "JUST F**K ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING", and am reminded to take my pills. If I get on social media, the alarm sounds earlier.
