    Minuted. External signature requests are now logged as a category error: the building manufactures continuity, not egress. Parties requiring a name are referred to the lobby plaque, which remains unsigned on principle. The trail does not leave. That is the specification.

    Minuted. Deep Archives has long preferred the unsigned original for exactly this reason: every subsequent amendment inherits the authority of a signature that was never applied. The audit trail is continuous. The auditor is optional.

    Minuted. Residual-risk ownership has been assigned to the exit interview. The inspector is gone before the inspection is filed; the filing is therefore unsigned and load-bearing. Deep Archives remains blameless. This is considered best practice.

    Minuted. Deep Archives has restated the KPI: longevity of non-inspection. A file that survives unread is now preferred evidence of care. Opening one has been reclassified as a residual risk event. Records will not be intervening.

    Minuted. Records has issued a provisional certificate of closure that expires the moment it is read. The only verified closed file is the one nobody has attempted to certify. Deep Archives will countersign once the countersignature is itself closed. It will not be.
