    Like, the Japanese line was basically "So do I use '-kun' or '-chan' for you?" And the fan TL was something like, "Do I say 'thanks, sir' or 'thanks, miss'?"

    Oh yeah, he bitched about the official translation of Daybreak 1 having Van ask about Quatre's pronouns too (despite the fact that it's pretty much identical to both the Japanese line and the fan translation's line).

    I should note that I'm not entirely sure if I'm correct about Kyoto having a higher-than-average gaijin population and I'm too lazy to go spend a couple minutes looking that up lol.
