    In 2006, I saw @jonathanhaidt.bsky.social speak about his book - The Righteous Mind. His argument was - liberals focus on “care” benefits because that’s what our minds are attuned to. So we keep thinking if we offer more care, conservatives will agree. But their sentiments are different. 1/2

    @jonathanhaidt.bsky.social I'm a boomer, who raised gen Z kids. Your book inspired me to turn off my phone completely at work and begin to reach out to peers , educators and legislators. Thanks so much! Wish I had read this 20 years ago, maybe my kids wouldn't be struggling
