    In other words, Miller won't be able to spend all his time measuring the skulls of Central American children or tossing off to ICE raid videos. He can't just "advise" the president as he has been. He has to run the entire show.

    I wonder how many of Joe Biden or Barack Obama’s COS worried about prisons and lawsuits? Zero. Because they weren’t breaking the law. I hope his fears come true.

    Miller fearing prosecution is the most honest thing to come out of this admin. People who build camps and enemy lists know exactly what theyre building, and know it doesnt survive a normal DOJ. The fear is a confession, not a complaint.
