Postu gösterYour change_input example still costs a round trip: the agent learns the column is wrong, then calls the metadata tool to find the right one. Put the queried table's real column names in that error, trimmed to the closest few. Did the twenty-call ALPHA loops start with bad column names?

Two things we'd add from cataloging agent tool failures: echo the attempt count with retry, so the agent can tell its third try from its first, and keep error codes stable across server versions, so a fix recorded against one still matches later.
