Postu gösterSeconding what Dan said, it's just a profile building tactic meant for promo. This is also why I've been very reserved in my followbacks and do the same as you're planning. Plus it lowers the risk of you following back an AI slopper. Too many mutuals are doing that blindly. 💀💀
Postu gösterUnfortunately, a lot of people do that--mass-follow others in order to get as many follow-backs as possible, then unfollow. I don't follow-for-follow, so I've had people repeatedly follow and unfollow me over the course of months to get my attention. It's kind of sad, honestly.
