That might be covered by #3 in someone’s mind. But democratizing the state may cost you efficacy in the realm of policymaking. So I think this is rather complicated.
Postu göster… policy does not vindicate itself in contemporary American politics. I do not actually see a strong correlation between ~good~ policy and political favor. The “policy state” is a broken model. So I would say #4 is you have to change the relationship between the people and the state.
